There is a free plan for small volumes. As volume and features grow you need a paid plan.
Can I send SMS to Azerbaijani numbers?
Yes, but the sender name and prices vary by operator. I send a test first.
Do I need a programmer for a chatbot?
No, it is built in a visual editor. Technical help is useful for API integrations.
